Shipping

Where do you Ship?

We ship domestically and internationally. As for Shipping provider, we generally use the United States Postal Service USPS.

How long does shipping take?

It depends on the method of shipping.  All shipping estimates only count business days.
The rule of thumb is:
  • Domestic (within the USA): Priority 3-5 days | Standard 5-7 days | Express (guaranteed) 1-2 days
  • Canada: 10-17 days 
  • International: Shipping 20 + 

If you are offered shipping insurance on your order, yet decline it, we cannot be held responsible for lost damaged, or stolen packages.

Possible Delay: Due government interference ( COV19 etc.) postal services may choose to delay shipping - you may experience a delay in receiving your order.

How long does it take to ship my order?

We do our absolute best to get your order in the mail soon as we can.  This being said, we do not manufacture our products. Every piece is hand crafted in-house at the time of your order. Please allow 5-10 days after your order for your package to be shipped. How to track my order?

When your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with the your tracking number. 

 

If you do not receive our emails, please check your spam folder and mark our emails as "Not Spam" so you can receive your Confirmation, Shipping notification and tracking information, as well as other future emails from us.

What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?

You can contact you postal provider regarding your package, providing them with your tracking number will help along with a description of your package.  We can provide you with the necessary package description. It is always a good idea to add shipping insurance, which is a minimal cost at checkout. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

We except returns/exchanges on all items up to 7 days after receiving your. The product must be in new, resealable condition. 

At Wee Moochi we take great pride in hand crafting each of our plush.  They are all quality tested by us to ensure just the right squish level of fluff, huggable quality fabric, and painting techniques to give just the right look. Because of this we are absolutely sure that our Moochis will not disappoint.  And we know you will absolutely love them too!

If for some reason you are not totally in love with Wee Moochi’s plushie, please feel free to contact within the allotted return window for a full refund of the purchase price. This will not include any shipping cost, under any circumstances. Please fill out the form by clicking here.  For returns or equal value exchanges, select Return or Exchange. For replacement requests due to a missing, incorrect, or damaged item, please select Warranty.

The following items do not qualify for return or exchange under any circumstances:

  • Digital downloads

  • Commissioned pieces

  • Personalized pieces

 

Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs (certain exceptions may apply) and must be in the original packaging provided un-used, including tags where applicable. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and this in turn may result in a partial refund.
