When will my order ship?

All items are made skillfully by hand which takes a bit time. Please expect  your order to ship within 5-10 days of purchase. 

International Ordering

Can I order Internationally?

We do not have the capacity to fulfill International orders on the website at this time. 

How can I make an international order

Products

May I return a product?

Although we aim for each of our pieces to be perfectly loveable, but if you need to make a return, we would be happy to help. please contact within 7 days of your purchase.  There will be a small return label charge.  Feel free to contact via the Contact page. 

The following items do not qualify for return 

  • Digital downloads

  • Commissioned pieces

  • Personalized pieces

May I cancel my order?

Please feel free to contact us via the Contact page within 24 hours of your purchase and we would be happy to arrange a full refund if your order has not been shipped.

Do you except commissioned work?

We sure do.  All commissioned work is accepted on a case by case bases.
